NIFT or The National Institute of Fashion Technology conducts entrance test for admission to Bachelor and Master programs in Fashion Design, Leather Design, Textile Design, Knitwear Design, Communication Design, Fashion Management and Apparel Production.

The National Institute of Fashion Technology conducts entrance test

NIFT 2011 Eligibility

pass certificate in higher secondary examination (10+2 pattern) or any equivalent exam from any recognized Central or State Board of Secondary Examination are eligible to apply in NIFT. To pursue bachelor degree in Apparel Production the student has to pass the 10+2 exam with subjects like Physics, Chemistry or Math. Students willing to take admission in the Master program in Design Space must be a graduate from a recognized Central or State Board.

NIFT 2011 Exam Pattern

This test the knowledge of the candidate's proficiency in language (comprehension, vocabulary and expression), mathematics of 10th standard, logic etc. The GPT would be of 1 hour duration.
