Candidates who wish to take admission in the courses offered by Sir Chhotu Ram Institute of Engineering and Technology an institute affiliated and situated at the campus of Chaudhuri Charan Singh University need to sit for the entrance exam conducted by the university. The entrance test is generally held in Meerut, Ghaziabad, Lucknow and Saharanpur.The university conducts a separate entrance examination for the admission to these courses . CCSU 2012 Eligibility

Candidates who have cleared 10+2 from some recognized board and university or are appearing in their 10+2 board exams are eligible for the entrance exam.
For admission to agriculural engineering the candidate must have subjects of agircultural chemistry and agricultural mathematics apart from the compulsory subjects of physics, mathematics and chemistry.
Also, general and OBC candidates must secure 50% aggregate in the above subjects while their is a relaxation of 10% for SC/ST candidates.

CCSU 2012 Exam Pattern

This is a written test. There are 100 questions of multiple type. There is no negetive marking in this examination.

CCSU 2012 Fees Details

Application forms for the entrance exam were made available at select branches of Allahabad Bank in selected cities all over the country. The forms along with the brochure were available at a payment of Rs 600 for general category and OBC category students and Rs 400 for SC/ST category students. The last date for submission of filled up applications is usually extended till April.
