Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Holders 2012 (ECET FDH) is a engineering entrance test conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University, Hyderabad JNTUH on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE) for admission to the Diploma Holders in several branches of Engineering like, Civil / Electrical / Mechanical etc.

ECET FDH 2012 Description

ECET-FDH 2012  is a entrance test and meant to take admissions in 2 year B.E / B.Tech and B.Pharma programs through lateral entry scheme and admissions into B.E. / B.Tech first year itself for seats ahich are spcialy marked for Diploma holder candidates. Candidates have to appear in objective type (multiple choices) written entrance test conducted by APSCHE, test will be based 10+2 syllabus. Merit list will be prepared for ECET-FDH 2012 and admission will be done based on candidate’s rank in merit list.?

ECET FDH 2012 Conducting Body

This is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University, Hyderabad JNTUH on behalf of APSCHE.

ECET FDH 2012 Eligibility

For B.E / B.Tech:
Candidate should have passed engineering diploma and should have secured minimum 60% marks in diploma final year exam.
Candidates having diploma in fowling branches are invited. Mechanical engg , civil engg, ECE engineering, E & E Engineering , Bio medical engineering, computer engg. , food technology, automobile engg. , packaging technology, printing technology, special diploma in Teleivision & sound Technology / chemical engg/ sugar technology / mining engineering / ceramic technology/ metallurgy / leather technology E & I engg etc. Candidate’s having BSC mathematics degree can also apply.

For B.Pharma:
Ccandidate should have passed D Phrama diploma with minimum 60% marks in final year exam. Candidate’s having BSC mathematics degree can also apply.

ECET FDH 2012 Exam Pattern

Candidates have to appear in multiple choices written entrance test. There is no any negetive marking in the test.

the paper is about 200 marks finish it with in 3 hoursthe paper is about 100 marks for the branch sub in 3 years & maths 50, physics 25 ,chemistry 25 .

hi nikhil i dont know properly bt i am diploma student in andhra pradesh and i came to know that i can write ecet in even in karnataka and tamil nadu so i think u can write ecet in andhra pradesh bt u wil get in the ap itself that means u should write ecet in your liking state it self and can write in two are more states if the exam is on the different dates

Hye!refer your text books of physics,chemist ry,maths,from 1st year.buy some materials from market taking the guidance of your friends and lecturers.refer your textbooks of engineering subjects from 2nd and third year also.this much of preparation gives you better result.
